scottborg - Back to Swaziland!

Sunday Marcia and I head back to Swaziland. It will be a busy 3 weeks! We'll both be involved in leading a couple trips. Last month we had 3 families move to Swaziland - 2 permanently and 1 for 3 months. We'll be checking on them and continuing to help them orient themselves to the ministry. Marcia will be involved in a retreat for the Timbali ladies.

We would both covet your prayers. The last couple trips have been challenging to to say the least. We are hoping this trip will be more about moving forward than fighting issues and solving problems. But whatever comes, we know the He is faithful and His grace is sufficient!

Also this past month we hosted our dear friend Bheki Matsenjwa from Swaziland. He was in the country meeting with people about his vision for an abandoned baby home, church, and counseling center. In the region where he lives there is nowhere to place abandoned babies and there is a big need as the problem is increasing. If you are interested in helping to fund this please let me know.

Lastly while you might not be thinking too much about it Christmas is coming. Every year we throw a Christmas Party for the many children who daily come to our care points for food. The gifts are around $10 each. If you would like to sponsor any of the gifts for the kids also just let me know.

I hope I can update the blog more while we are in Swaziland. Honestly so often things get so overwhelming and internet access so poor it can be hard to write or know what to write!
